During periods of change and transition, limiting beliefs are ripe in our minds. Plaguing us with the uncertainty that we can’t achieve what we committed to, we are stuck, that failure is the only option. We are floating around, unsure of what to do next.
Transitions such as becoming a parent, moving abroad and changing your career can feel overwhelming and unmanageable. And that’s where I come in.
As a mother, with a move abroad and two major career changes under my belt, I am no stranger to transitioning and finding my purpose time and time again.
Now, as your coach, we will work together to tackle your transition. I am offering you a safe and supportive space to open up and be vulnerable. I’ll guide you on the journey to acceptance and help you build the self-confidence and self-awareness you need to find your REpurpose. You’ll learn to swim, rather than float, through the transition process.
